Here is your host, the man they call Ghost. He is a radio show host from a show called True Capitalist Radio.
Basically some talk show where we have our favorite fat Texan grumble about social and political issues. Of course no one really cares about the political jargon but rather the segment called Radio Graffiti, where he has random people from around the world call him.

All that happens with those callers is they just troll him and piss him off. It kind of became the point of the show and many inside jokes and remixes were born.

Modelled him based off a reference sheet that Karasz made. He actually helped design one of his logos he used for a while. His design has had many interpretations but is generally a skeleton with a cowboy hat.

I was kind of thinking of the Mardi Gras skulls in Off Beat from Crash Bandicoot 4 when making his head.
