Kaokaite will usually draw herself a face based on how she intends to approach the situation. This has varying degrees of success.

I wish I could show it but no, Kaokaite is not a Shirime. You'll have to take my word for that.

A 3D model of an intended supporting character I made for my personal game concept Project Wendigo. It is a game about two witches who have to stop a mad scientist that wants to eradicate magic. Along the way, they'll meet this character Kaokaite, who is a skittish wandering artist, who after some stalking becomes her only friends. Kaokaite is a Noppera-Bou, so she... has no face. To better express herself, Kaokaite will draw faces on the spot where it should be. After all, her name roughly translates to "draw a face" 顔を描いて. When it comes to tracking her down, it's probably not the best to mention to anyone that you're looking for a girl who has no face.

Modelled in Blender, textures made in Substance 3D Painter, normal maps sculpted in Zbrush, and Photoshop was used for some texture touch ups.
